Warranty & Repair

Every single product is subject to quality control before being shipped.
We offer a one-year warranty on all our jewellery, covering manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing.This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear & tear, improper use or storage, or modifications by third parties.

If your product is still under our 1 year warranty, the repair will be done free of charge.
Should the warranty be voided, repairs will be charged and the customer will be informed beforehand regarding all pricing & timelines.

Returns & Refunds

You can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened, undamaged, and all tags available, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the product has been used or damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

All return shipping costs are handled by the customer. If your product is still under warranty, we will provide free shipping domestically.
