Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within the UAE on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. International returns are welcome, but the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This typically takes 7–10 business days to process, with your bank taking an additional 10–14 days to reflect the refund.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened, undamaged, and all tags available, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the product has been used or damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

All return shipping costs are handled by the customer. If your product is still under warranty, we will provide free shipping within UAE.

Yes. If you'd like a different size or style, we’re happy to exchange it. If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If it costs more, we’ll send you a payment link for the balance.

All our collections are crafted from 18 or 21 Karat gold.
Never plated, vermeil, or gold-filled.

We offer yellow, white, and rose gold depending on the design. Gold color is stated on each product page.

Our tennis bracelets feature natural, high quality diamonds certified by IDT Labs. We do not use lab-grown or simulated stones.

Every piece includes a certificate confirming its authenticity and gold karat.
Jewellery Care & Sizing

Our jewellery is made for everyday wear. However, to preserve the shine, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or intense workouts.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals, chlorinated or saltwater environments. Store your jewellery in
a soft pouch or lined box. -
Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.

Use a thin strip of paper or string, wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length, and compare it to our ring size chart.

We offer a one-year warranty on all our jewellery, covering manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing.This warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear & tear, improper use or storage, or modifications by third parties.

If your product is still under our 1 year warranty, the repair will be done free of charge.
