From the moment your order is placed until it arrives in your hands, every detail of the process is handled with the utmost attention. Our shipping and return policies are designed to reflect this commitment, ensuring your experience with Abra Jewellery is as exceptional as the pieces themselves.
Shipping
Abra Jewellery is pleased to provide complimentary shipping within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for all purchases. For international destinations outside the GCC, a flat shipping fee of AED 200 will be applied at checkout.
All orders are fully insured from dispatch until receipt by the customer. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow its progress.
Order Processing

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Made-to-order or unavailable items are subject to production timelines, which vary depending on design and availability. Clients will be contacted directly with an estimated timeframe.

Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may only be requested within 2 hours. Beyond this period, the order will proceed as originally placed.

Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 15:00 | Next-day delivery for orders confirmed after 15:00

Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

United Arab Emirates: Orders are subject to a 5% VAT, included in the total checkout amount.

International Orders: Customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Abra Jewellery has no authority over such charges and cannot provide estimates.
Clients are encouraged to consult their local customs office for further details prior to purchase. Orders returned or refused due to non-payment of such charges are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note.

Returns & Exchanges
Abra Jewellery ensures that every creation is crafted to the highest standards of quality. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all protective materials, certificates, and tags intact.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or any condition other than original will not be accepted.
Return Costs

United Arab Emirates: Complimentary returns are offered.

International Orders: The client is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance. Abra Jewellery strongly recommends using a registered courier service with tracking. Abra Jewellery is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions

Custom or bespoke creations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders refused or returned due to non-payment of import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are ineligible for refund, credit note, or exchange.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, clients will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days by Abra Jewellery. The timeframe for funds to reflect in the customer’s account is dependent on the issuing bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
